All orders placed through our website are processed in-house at our facility in Atkinson, New Hampshire. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. During the occasion of a store-wide sale, our processing times may take a bit longer. If the tracking is indicating that your order was delivered but it has not arrived, we suggest
you first contact your local post office (or UPS/FedEx depending on the shipping carrier used). Sometimes a package is prematurely

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping fees and any applicable discounts taken. Please refer to our refund policy for additional details. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. You must include the original packing slip and use the form on the back to provide us with information about your return.
